This is the map of wooftee.shop: every collection, guide and policy in one place, with a short note on what you will find on each page and when it is useful. If you know what you are looking for, the full list of links is just below. If you are not sure where to start, the guide that follows walks through the store the way most customers use it — from choosing a design, to personalising it, to tracking a parcel and, if needed, sending something back.

How Woof Tee is organised

The store has three kinds of pages. Collections are where products live, grouped by pet and by garment. Help pages answer practical questions about ordering, personalising, sizing and delivery. Policies set out our commitments — shipping, returns, refunds, cancellations, privacy, payment, terms and intellectual property — in plain language with the exact numbers. Every page is linked from the footer at the bottom of every screen, and the main collections are also in the menu at the top.

Collections: where to shop

Dog Apparel

The heart of the store. Dog Apparel brings together every shirt, sweatshirt and hoodie built around a dog’s face and name. It has three sub-collections:

• Dog Shirts — classic tees, comfort tees and long sleeves. The everyday choice and the easiest gift.
• Dog Sweatshirts & Hoodies — crewnecks and pullover hoodies for cold walks, couch evenings and the holidays.
• Dog Mom & Dad — designs that add a title, such as Dog Mom, Dog Dad or Dog Grandma, to your dog’s portrait and name.

The Cat Corner

Cat Apparel is our space for cat people, with designs built around cats from the start. It has two sub-collections: Cat Shirts for tees and long sleeves, and Cat Sweatshirts & Hoodies for warmer layers.

Pet Lover Gifts

Pet Lover Gifts collects everyday items, such as mugs, that carry a dog or cat portrait and name, for people who would rather have their pet on the desk than on their shirt.

The Shop page lists everything in one place. It is the quickest way to browse if you want to see the whole range before narrowing down.

Collections that do not have products yet are kept out of the list above until their first products are published, so every collection link you see leads somewhere useful.

Policies: our commitments in plain language

• Shipping & Delivery — free shipping to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand; 1–3 business days of processing and 7–14 business days in transit; gift deadlines; customs; address problems.
• Cancel or Change an Order — the 24-hour window for changing names, photos, sizes, colours, styles, quantities and addresses, or cancelling for a full refund.
• Returns & Exchanges — the process: 60 days, every item including personalised ones, free return label, how exchanges work.
• Refund Policy — the money: refunds issued within 7 days of the return reaching us, store credit that never expires, what is refunded in each situation.
• Payment Methods — where to see available methods, currency, security, declined payments and taxes.
• Privacy Policy — what we collect, how we use it and how your pet photos are deleted 30 days after delivery.
• Terms of Service — the agreement for using the site and ordering, governed by New York law.
• Intellectual Property Policy — what belongs to us, what stays yours, and what we will not print.

Finding answers by situation

A typical journey through the store

1. Browse. Most people start on the homepage, then pick Dogs or Cats from the menu.
2. Choose. On a product page, pick the style, colour and size. If unsure about size, the Size Guide is one click away.
3. Personalise. At checkout, write the pet’s name and a photo link in the order notes box. The homepage section “Upload your pet photo” and the FAQs show how.
4. Check. Read the confirmation email; you have 24 hours to change anything.
5. Wait. Follow progress on Order Tracking.
6. Enjoy — or swap. If the size or anything else is not right, the Returns & Exchanges page explains the free 60-day return.

Store facts at a glance

Words you will see around the store

• Order notes — the text box at checkout where you write your pet’s name, any short text or date, and a link to your photo. It is how every Woof Tee item is personalised.
• Processing — the 1–3 business days in which we read your notes, match your photo and print your item before it ships.
• Transit — the time your parcel spends with the carrier, 7–14 business days.
• Business days — Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.
• Proof or mockup — a preview image some stores send before printing. Woof Tee does not send one; we print what you write.
• Free return label — a prepaid label we email you for any return within 60 days, including change-of-mind returns.
• Store credit — a balance you can choose instead of a refund, usable on any future order, and it never expires.
• Classic tee, comfort tee, long sleeve, crewneck, hoodie — our apparel styles, explained in the Size Guide.
• Gotcha day — the anniversary of the day a pet joined your family; a popular date to print on a shirt.
• The Cat Corner — our nickname for the cat collections.

Navigation tips

On a computer, the menu at the top opens the Dogs and Cats collections and the Help pages; hover or click to see the sub-collections. On a phone, tap the menu icon at the top left. The search icon searches product names and descriptions. The footer on every page repeats the most useful links, grouped into Shop, Help and Company. If you use a keyboard to navigate, the Tab key moves through links in order and Enter opens them. If anything is hard to reach with a screen reader or keyboard, please tell us by email and we will help you and fix it.

Which page should I read first?

If you have never ordered from us

Read About Us for how personalising works, then the Size Guide. Those two pages answer nine out of ten first-time questions. When you are ready, browse Dog Apparel or the Cat Corner.

If you are buying a gift with a deadline

Start with Shipping & Delivery and count back 17 business days from the date you need. Then check the gift questions in the FAQs, especially how to get a photo without spoiling the surprise.

If you have just placed an order

Open your confirmation email and read your order notes. If anything is wrong, go straight to Cancel or Change an Order: you have 24 hours. Otherwise, bookmark Order Tracking.

If your parcel has arrived and something is not right

Go to Returns & Exchanges for the steps, then the Refund Policy for how and when you are paid back. If you would rather talk it through, submit a ticket.

If you have a cat and a dog

Two-pet designs work for any combination. Look in Dog Shirts and Cat Shirts for designs made for two pets, and in the order notes say which name goes with which photo and on which side.

If you are shopping for someone who does not want a shirt

Head to Pet Lover Gifts for mugs and other everyday items with a pet’s face and name. They ship free on the same timeline and come with the same 60-day returns.

If you care about what happens to your photos

Our Privacy Policy has a whole section on pet photos: used only to print your order, never posted without asking, and deleted 30 days after delivery.

Read About Us for what we do and what we deliberately do not do — no invented reviews, no countdown timers, no characters or logos — and compare our commitments on returns and refunds with anyone else’s.

Account pages

The Cart, Checkout and My Account pages are working pages rather than reading pages. You do not need an account to order; if you create one, My Account shows your past orders and saved addresses. These pages are not listed in search engines because they are personal to you.
