\nThese Terms of Service are the agreement between you and Woof Tee, 2 Terrace Circle Apt 1E, Great Neck, NY 11021, US, when you use wooftee.shop or buy from us. We have tried to write them the way we write everything else: plainly, with the important numbers up front. Please read them before you order. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies they link to. If you have a question, email support@wooftee.shop.
\nYou may browse wooftee.shop freely. To place an order you must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms, and you must give accurate contact and delivery information. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation.
\nWoof Tee sells apparel and gifts printed with pet portraits and names: tees, long sleeves, crewneck sweatshirts and hoodies for dog and cat people, plus pet lover gifts such as mugs. Each product page describes the item, the options available (style, colour, size or mug size) and what can be personalised.
\nProduct photos show examples of the design. Your item will carry your own pet and name, so it will not look identical to the photo. Colours on screen can differ slightly from real fabric because of monitor settings and lighting. Garment sizes are described on the product page and in our Size Guide.
\nWoof Tee does not use an upload tool. To personalise an item, you write your pet’s name, any short text or dates, and a link to your photo (or a note that you will email the photo) in the order notes box at checkout. By doing so, you confirm that:
\nWe may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if the requested personalisation breaks these rules. We may also contact you if notes are unclear rather than guess. If a design needs a photo and none arrives, we will remind you; production waits until we have it.
\nYou keep ownership of your photos. You give us permission to use them only to print and deliver your order and to deal with any return or support question. Customer photos are deleted 30 days after delivery, as described in our Privacy Policy.
\nPrices are shown in US dollars on each product page and in your cart. Shipping to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand is free. Woof Tee does not collect sales tax at checkout. Orders to Canada, Australia and New Zealand may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country; whether any apply depends on that country’s rules and is not included in our prices.
\nWe work hard to keep prices and descriptions accurate. If we discover an obvious error in a price or description after you order, we will contact you before printing and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.
\nWhen you place an order, you make an offer to buy the items in your cart. We send an order confirmation email when we receive it. A contract is formed when your order is confirmed and payment is received. We may refuse or cancel an order before it ships if payment cannot be verified, the delivery address is outside the countries we ship to, the personalisation breaks section 3, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund the full amount you paid.
\nThe payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout; we do not see or store your full card or account details. You agree that you are authorised to use the payment method you choose. More information is on our Payment Methods page.
\nWe ship only to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, from the USA, free of charge. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and then spend 7–14 business days in transit. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed dates. Ownership of the item and the risk of loss pass to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us. Please make sure that address is complete and correct. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery policy.
\nYou may cancel or change an order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us, as described on our Cancel or Change an Order page. A confirmed cancellation is refunded in full. After 24 hours your item may already be printed and can no longer be cancelled, but it remains covered by the 60-day return window.
\nYou may return any item, including personalised items, within 60 days of delivery, for any reason. We provide a free return label, including for change-of-mind returns. Refunds are issued within 7 days of the return reaching us, to your original payment method or as store credit if you prefer. Store credit never expires. See our Returns & Exchanges and Refund Policy pages for the full process. These promises are in addition to any rights you have under the consumer law of the place where you live.
\nStore credit issued by Woof Tee never expires, has no cash value except as described in our Refund Policy, and can be used on any future order. If we ever run a promotion, its conditions will be shown alongside it. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated, and a promotion ends when its stated end date passes. We do not currently run any public discount codes.
\nIf we offer product reviews, only customers who bought the product can leave one. Reviews must be honest and about the product. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning and we do not pay for positive reviews. We may remove reviews that are offensive, off-topic, contain personal information or are not about a real purchase. When you submit a review or other content, you give us permission to display it on the site.
\nThe Woof Tee name, logo, website design, design layouts, text and product photos belong to Woof Tee or are used with permission. You may not copy, resell or reproduce them without our written permission. Your pet photos remain yours. More detail is in our Intellectual Property Policy, and copyright notices can be sent as described on our DMCA page.
\nYou agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems; use automated tools to scrape or copy content, other than normal search engine indexing; place fraudulent orders; send us photos of other people’s artwork or characters for printing; or use the site to harass, defame or harm anyone. We may restrict access for anyone who breaks these rules.
\nWe aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Printed portraits are interpretations of the photo you provide: the result depends on the photo’s sharpness, lighting and angle, and a printed garment will not reproduce every detail of a photograph. Garment fabrics can shrink slightly if washed hot or dried on high heat; follow the care instructions on the product page.
\nTo the extent the law allows, Woof Tee’s total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed event because a parcel was delayed. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of the place where you live.
\nThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a problem, please contact us first at support@wooftee.shop; most issues can be resolved quickly by email. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled by the courts that have jurisdiction under New York law, unless the consumer law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
\nWoof Tee provides customer support by email only. By ordering, you agree that we may contact you by email about your order: confirmations, shipping updates, questions about unclear order notes, reminders about a missing photo, and return or refund updates. These are service messages and are not marketing. Please add support@wooftee.shop to your contacts so our replies do not land in spam; if we cannot reach you about a missing photo or an unclear name, your order may wait in processing until we hear back.
\nWe may update these Terms from time to time, for example when we add a payment method or change a policy. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the date you placed it. The date at the top of this page shows when the Terms were last changed.
